Plans Submittal & Approval

Once your drawings are ready, we handle the formal submittal to city or county building departments and actively track your project through the review pipeline. If the city issues corrections, we coordinate directly with the design team to clear hurdles efficiently, securing your permit approval as quickly as possible so your construction can begin without delay.
Permits Clearance
We bridge the gap between your project approval and breaking ground by handling the final leg of the permitting process. Once your plans pass review, we manage all necessary department clearances—including zoning, environmental health, public works, and school district fees—to resolve outstanding conditions. We deal directly with city and county officials to clear every hurdle, pay the final fees, and pull the active building permits so your crew can legally and safely start construction.
Final Inspection Clearance & Occupancy Certificate
If your construction project is finished but you were left without final city sign-offs, we are here to step in and solve the problem. We specialize in stepping into existing, completed projects to resolve outstanding municipal hurdles, schedule final inspections, and clear any remaining corrections or code issues.
